Our Company Policy. We will happily offer you a exchange on items that have not been worn and are returned in the original packaging. Please notify Claire within 14 days of purchase to organise return details.

Sale items are non returnable.

We will happily refund or exchange faulty items, within 14 days of purchase, that is in its original packaging.

This will follow under your Consumer Rights Act.
